Shipping
Your items will usually be shipped within 3 working days of us receiving the order, and you will receive a tracking number at that time. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products due to customs laws and shipper's policy restrictions- most notably, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, and some shipping methods do not allow for delivery to PO addresses.
Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as an incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
